About Ms. Jasprit Kaur
Ms. Jasprit Kaur holds an M.Sc. in Counselling Psychology. She is a trauma-informed therapist who believes that the quality of one’s relationship with oneself quietly shapes how we relate, cope, choose and live. Rather than viewing distress as something that needs fixing.
Jasprit understands emotional patterns, defences and relational struggles as adaptations that once served a purpose and now deserve curiosity and care. She moves away from “What is wrong with you” to “what happened to you”.
At the heart of her practice is the therapeutic relationship. Jasprit works relationally, paying close attention to how past experiences particularly neglect, trauma and attachment wounds continue to show up in the present. Her sessions are insight-driven, reflective, and intentionally paced, allowing clients the space to move inward, understand root causes, and grow at a rhythm that feels safe and sustainable.
She brings a strong psycho-social lens to therapy, integrating each client’s unique social context, identity, relationships, and life challenges into the therapeutic process. Her role, as she sees it, is not to direct or impose, but to walk alongside as a steady, supportive presence.
Her therapeutic work combines talk therapy with somatic awareness, allowing clients to gently reconnect with their bodies, emotions, and inner signals. The work is often deep and slower by design, focused on insight, emotional safety, and long-term integration rather than quick fixes.
